Cynthia has been an Amazon seller since 2010.  She’s an Amazon expert, a sought after speaker and the author of the top-selling books titled, “Make Thousands on Amazon in 10 Hours a Week!” and “Suspension Prevention: Get Reinstated and Protect Your Amazon Seller Account.”

In 2014, her consulting clients started turning to her for reinstatement help after being suspended or banned from Amazon. Since then, Cynthia has developed a proven system for analyzing sellers’ accounts, appealing to Amazon and – in most cases – getting their Amazon businesses back up and running.

Prior to becoming an Amazon expert, Cynthia had 25+ years’ of business, crisis and turnaround consulting experience. She is used to being an advocate for businesses and the voice of the frustrated and powerless. Her blog focuses on helping sellers to run their businesses better and to stay out of trouble with Amazon.

Veronica Perez

Director of Client Relations

Veronica has been with eGrowth Partners since the early days.  In 2017, she was promoted to Director of Client Relations after a proven track record of handling hundreds of successful reinstatements, including some of the most challenging cases.  She brings 25+ years of communications, crisis management and business consulting expertise. Veronica manages the company’s PR and marketing efforts; however, she’s most passionate about helping Amazon sellers get back to selling as quickly as possible.

Lissa S. Welchel

Client Services Manager

Lissa comes from a strong luxury retail and operations background. Her customer service skills and passion for helping clients make her a valuable member of the eGrowth Partners team. She understands the sense of urgency Amazon sellers have when they come to us for help, and she does everything possible to make sure they’re taken care of – from the moment they call us.

Seth R. Williams

Operations Manager

Seth has an extensive operations background.  He’s the behind-the- scenes guy that keeps eGrowth Partners running smoothly. He’s responsible for implementing new policies and procedures, streamlining workflow, as well as maintaining and overseeing technology that ensures clients receive the best possible service.

Roy Miller

Account Supervisor

Roy’s mission is simple: work with Amazon sellers to assess and resolve problems that result in suspended ASIN listings and accounts. Before jumping into the “wild west of selling on Amazon,” he spent 30 years as a corporate communicator, crisis manager and entrepreneur. His superior writing skills and communication style get Amazon’s attention.

Brad Tucker

Account Supervisor

Brad has 10+ years’ experience in fraud investigations, compliance and process management. He uses his expertise to successfully address infringement-related claims, as well as ASIN and account reinstatement issues.  His compliance expertise is the key to his success in getting Amazon sellers reinstated as quickly as possible.
